Please review the following policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Lost Parcels
If your order is lost during shipping, you are immediately eligible for a full refund or a replacement at no extra cost.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product, simply email us clear photos of what you received. Once confirmed, we will immediately reship the correct item.
Return Eligibility
- All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and unworn, with original packaging and tags fully intact.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Certain items are non-refundable: gift cards, clearance items, promotional items, discounted purchases, and digital products.
- Do not “return to sender” or send any item back without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and handling costs, including providing a tracking number.
- All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RMA) issued by our support team. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before 8pm EST on day of purchase. After that time, your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Product Durability & Damage Claims
- Mammoth Force products are made from premium-grade silicone and do not break during shipping.
- Minor box dents or bends from transit do not affect product quality or functionality and are not grounds for a refund.
- Manufacturing defects are rare. If you believe your product is defective, please send clear photos so we can verify and arrange a replacement free of charge.
Address & Delivery Responsibility
- If your shipping address is a warehouse, business, P.O. Box, Military Base, or a location that may be closed during delivery hours, packages may be left unattended and are at risk of theft. This includes apartment buildings.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is secure and can receive packages at any time, and the delivery driver has access to your shipping address.
- If a carrier marks a package as delivered or makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund for loss or theft after delivery.
- If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for any reshipment fees. USPS will not ammend incorrect/invalid addresses.
- If you will be away (e.g., on vacation), notify us immedaitely after purchase so we can delay shipping.
Missing Item Claims
- All claims for missing items require photos of the shipping box, packaging, product box (front/back) and contents.
- Our shipping team records the exact weight (in ounces and grams) of each product and bundle. This weight is printed on your shipping label. If the weight matches what was shipped, we will consider the order fulfilled.
- Example: If your order includes 1× Mammoth Ring, 1× The Dragon, and 1× bubble mailer, the total weight is 2.98 oz. If you claim an item is missing but the label weight shows 2.98 oz, we will assume the order was complete, and the claim will be denied.
- Many of our products (e.g., Mammoth Ring and The Dragon) come with their own Red Tigers inside the packaging. Before assuming items are missing, please fully empty and inspect the box, as both products are tightly packed.
Shipping Times
- We do not issue refunds for orders that arrive later than expected.
- Standard free shipping typically takes 6–12 business days.
- Delays may occur due to holidays, or courier issues beyond our control.

International orders: Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and fees. We are not liable for customs delays or seizures.

Sanitary Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products, used items cannot be returned or refunded for health and safety reasons.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unopened, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Return shipping and tracking are the customer’s responsibility.
