- Company Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs if:
- The item is damaged upon arrival.
- The item is defective or missing parts.
- The product is damaged during transit.

4. Exchange Policy
- No Standard Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for regular orders.
- Defective Product Exchange: If your xaipods arrive defective, we will exchange them at no additional cost.
Proof of defect (photos or video) must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
Mammoth Ring is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges applied by your country’s customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
