What we are trying to do with this site
Most content in this category is written to sell rather than to inform, which is how you end up with pages claiming a constriction ring will help you last longer. It will not — a 2007 study of 42 men with premature ejaculation found no meaningful change in time to ejaculation — and we would rather point you at the product that has a real mechanism than take the sale on a false premise.
So the rules for everything published here are simple:

What we will and will not claim
We say that constriction rings help maintain an erection you can already achieve. That is well supported: rings restrict venous outflow so the erectile tissue stays engorged, and they appear as conservative options in the erectile dysfunction literature from the AUA, EAU, SMSNA and ISSM.
We do not say our rings treat or cure erectile dysfunction. ED is a medical condition with vascular, neurological, hormonal and psychological causes, and new or worsening ED is a recognised early sign of cardiovascular disease. A device that manages a symptom is not a substitute for finding out why the symptom is there.
